Julie handles marketing and client services for Hesen & Haslam, including planning client events and helping clients with their day-to-day needs.
Previously, Julie worked as a paraprofessional for the Las Virgenes Unified School District, specializing in elementary education. She is a graduate of UCLA and has a background in publicity, marketing and client relations.
In her time away from the office, she keeps herself quite busy: She is member of the UCLA Chancellor's Society, UCLA Gold Shield Alumnae, and served as President of the UCLA Parents' Council Emeriti. She was previously chairman of Student Engagement Initiatives and Future Bruin Outreach on the UCLA Parents' Council. She has served on the Advisory Council for the Los Angeles chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In 2018 she was elected into the UCLA Order of the Golden Bruin for exemplary service to the University. She is active with the BSA Western Los Angeles County Council and is proud to be the mother of three Eagle Scouts. She also has a passion for music and currently plays the French horn in the Conejo Valley Community Concert Band. Julie resides in Agoura Hills with her family, including husband Curt, and three sons, twins Steven and Kevin, and Jeffrey.
